Machine Maintenance
The first time to replace the lubricating oil is after three months. It is best to replace the hot machine state that has just been used. Open the drain plug on the lower gearbox and drain off the waste oil. Then start the motor, remove the remaining waste oil, tighten the oil stopper and add clean gear oil.
Before l bending steel bar, the pile head and pile head sleeve should be selected according to the strength and diameter of the steel bar.
After working for a period of time, l should convert the working disk to 180 degrees and then use it, so that the large gear in the deceleration box is converted to 180 degrees, so that the gear can be evenly worn and the service life of the machine is prolonged.
After each class is finished, the workbench should be cleaned and grease applied to the working face. It is strictly prohibited to refuel or wipe the machine during the operation.
It is not allowed to change center pile head, retaining head or baffle plate during operation.
The bars that are not straight should not be bent on the bending machine to prevent accidents.
When the machine is shut down for a long time, rust proof grease should be applied to the surface of the machine and placed in the dry place of the room.
