After successively cooperating with Shudao Group, China Construction Third Bureau, China Nuclear 22nd Bureau, Chengdu Rail Group and other steel processing projects, the Gute R&D team has taken another important step--Recently,China Railway Construction Bridge Bureau Jiangsu Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge Project, the first fully automatic steel cage welding production line in China was officially put into operation!
The official operation of the production line marks a leap-forward breakthrough in the production of road and bridge pile foundation reinforcement cages, subverting the traditional processing mode, and is a milestone!

This fully automatic steel cage welding production line can operate only need one person, firstly the steel bar will cutting by the bad saw shear line and upset, threading and polishing aromatically, then each after threading bar will be transferred to the automatic cage welding machine,this machine has 6 welding gun to welding the inner support circle bar with the main frame bar at the same time, according to different diameter cage information, the main frame bar is different and can be adjust in system, around 10 mintues can be welding all main frame bar with support inner circle, and then the twisted rebar can start to welding on the frame, this machine has two twisted rebar or single twisted rebar choice. One 2m cage will be finished around one hour, the whole process is fully automatic.
FIRST STEP
Steel bar will be cutting, upsetting, threading and polishing by the steel bar band saw shear line
SECOND STEP
The finished threading bar will be transported to the cage welding machine automatically

As far as the traditional rolling cage welding machine is concerned, manual feeding and welding are required, but the new production line breaks the manpower-requiring mode, and links the production and operation of steel bar conveying, shearing, threading, feeding, and welding, so as to achieve complete production and operation. Automation saves manpower and material resources to the greatest extent, saves costs and improves productivity!
