1. Installation requirements

3. Maintenance of the whole machine
Before bending steel bar, pile head and pile head sleeve should be selected according to the strength and diameter of the reinforcing bar. After each class is finished, the workbench should be cleaned and grease applied to the working face. It is strictly prohibited to refuel or wipe the machine during the operation.
It is not allowed to change center pile head, retaining head or baffle plate during operation.
The bars that are not straight should not be bent on the bending machine to prevent accidents.
Machines should be coated with antirust grease on the surface of the machine and placed in dry places in the room.
