Main Features:

1. The tip of vibrator, which forged by high-quality 40 Cr-alloy steel with Salt bath furnace quench technology, mostly improving the mechanical capacity up to hardness of HRC52-58 degree;

2. Leering: Use 45# carbon steel, handled by high-frequency quenching and the hardness is up to HRC50~52 degree

3. Rolling element: handled by high-frequency quench with high grade 40 Cr-alloy steel

4. Flexible pipe: Use high-quality native rubber and 65# Mn alloy spring steel and the thickness around 1.8MM.
