The World's First-generation Box Beam Web Frame Automatic Welding Production Line Of GUTE Machinery Has Officially Started Production!

Recently, the first generation of "fully automatic box girder bottom web frame welding production line" and the Wuhan Metropolitan Ring Expressway Huangpi to Xinzhou Section 3 project, which was led by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau and developed, designed and manufactured by CHENGDU GUTE MACHINERY WORKS CO.,LTD, has completed debugging this month and officially put into production!

This fully automatic production line completely revolutionizes the traditional production model, fills the gap in the industry and redefines the intelligent production standards. It also marks that GUTE Machinery has achieved global leadership in the field of intelligent welding of bridge steel structures.

 

The entire process of longitudinal reinforcement loading, intelligent placement, high-precision welding and finished product unloading is automated, with a product standardization rate of 100%.

Through the laser scanning visual recognition and tracking system, high-precision and fully automatic welding of longitudinal reinforcement and stirrups can be achieved to ensure a firm and reliable connection.

Equipped with an intelligent placement system, it automatically completes the precise positioning and fitting of stirrups and longitudinal bars, providing reliable guarantee for welding quality

The welding points can be set arbitrarily, and full welding, flower welding and spot welding can be switched freely.

Compared with traditional manual operations, this production line only requires 2 operators, which greatly reduces labor costs and labor intensity, while greatly reducing safety hazards and achieving safe production. 

Digital supervision of the entire process replaces manual records and realizes data traceability; the intelligent system eliminates human errors and improves product accuracy and production efficiency.
