Product introduction: Introduction to the HB45 horizontal bending center. It is a self-developed product and a horizontal bending center modeled by foreign customers in the equipment market. This machine consists of 2 horizontal bending head assemblies and 2 intermediate steel bar clamp frames. Assembly, 2 5-meter track racks, 1 3-meter track rack, 1 raw material rack assembly, 1 finished product rack assembly, electrical control cabinet assembly, operation cabinet, 2 mobile tool boxes, feet It is self-assembled with a step switch; the equipment is automated, using a single machine head to fix, manually placing raw materials, automatic steel bar length determination, automatic blanking, bending, and unloading clamp processing machinery, capable of processing long-term processing of φ40mm fourth-level threaded steel bars (HRB500) ; The whole machine processing operation is simple, with automatic bending, blanking and unloading, reflecting high efficiency.

Equipment workflow: Manually hoist and cut the straight threaded steel bars and place them on the raw material rack, then manually place the raw materials in a fixed material-bearing position, then start the switch with the foot pedal, the feeding hook automatically loads the material, and the single machine head automatically determines the length. Use the fixed machine head to bend steel bars, and the finished steel bars after bending can realize functions and processes such as automatic blanking and unloading; the same steel bar bending cycle works.
