Maintenance Instructions For Rebar Cutter

1. The rust and debris on exposed parts should be removed after each shift to keep the whole machine clean.

2. When working outside, care should be taken to protect the motor and electrical parts against moisture and rain should not be allowed.

3. Regularly check the tightness of the V-belt.

4. When the machine is decommissioned for a long period of time, anti-rust grease should be applied on the processed surface and placed in a dry place indoors.

Simple maintenance

1. Fault: The blade is not working

   Reason：

   (1).Check if the motor is reversed

   (2).Clutch sales are too long

   (3).The clutch pedal is not stepped on
