Length Error Maintenance Method For Steel Straightening

Meter Encoder connection pipe is lose: change the connection pipe.

Electric ruler spring is too lose: change or cut a little spring to test.

Feeding not smooth:adjust and try.

Length meter up-wheel or down wheel is not smooth:change the bearing or meter wheel.

The bar is not passing through the length meter wheel:adjust the electric ruler postion.

Meter encoder or computer is broken:change a new one
