How to the probelm of SGW12D-2 driver fault code Er610

1. Check whether the encoder wire is faulty. Find the encoder wire corresponding to the driver and motor, and observe whether the plug is loose or falling off. If it is not loose or falling off, use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the aviation plug connector between the encoder wire and the driver, and disassemble it. Check the aviation plug connector to see if the line welding points inside are falling off or short-circuited. If there is any falling off or short-circuiting, please re-solder or replace our company's standard encoder wire.

2. Check whether the UVW wiring between the driver RST and the motor is correct; find out whether the RST wiring at the output end of the corresponding driver is loose or the line has fallen off. If there is looseness or the line has fallen off, please turn off the main power switch first and confirm that it can be used without power. Use a cross screwdriver to tighten the loose or fallen circuit, power on the device and run it manually to see if the device is normal. If the device is normal, select to start running automatically.

3.  If there is no problem with the circuit, it means there is an internal fault in the driver and a new driver needs to be replaced.

• Open the electrical control cabinet of the equipment, take a photo of the driver that needs to be replaced, and use your mobile phone to take a photo of the corresponding terminal block to avoid wiring errors after replacement.
• Use a cross screwdriver to loosen the upper and lower fixing screws of the driver, install the new driver and secure it, then connect the corresponding terminals.
• After confirming that all the terminals are properly connected, power on and test the machine to see if the alarm is eliminated. If there is no alarm, first adjust the remote travel status of the equipment to the manual transmission status and observe whether all actions are normal. If the equipment is normal, In this case, you can switch to automatic operation.
