SGW12D steel bar straightening method:
As a flagship CNC steel bar stirrup bending machine of GUTE, SGW12D series machines have now been widely used in major project sites. However, it has been difficult for users to quickly master the straightening of steel bars in the early stages. Today, we will share some methods for quickly straightening steel bars.
The whole machine is divided into 5 parts: pre-adjustment part, traction part, straightening part, bending part and operating table.

Step 1: Inserting the steel bar
According to the different sizes of the steel bars, the air pressure should be increased or decreased appropriately (observe the pressure gauge and make corresponding adjustments). Excessive air pressure will cause the steel bars to be flattened, the traction wheel to wear faster, and the load of the compaction box to increase. Excessive air pressure will cause the steel bars to slip and rotate and fail to be pulled normally, thus affecting the straightening effect of the steel bars and the dimensional accuracy of the stirrups.




Step 2: Pre-straightening of steel bars
Steel bar straightening is divided into two parts: pre-straightening and straightening. The two sets of pressure wheels in the pre-straightening part need to be properly tightened to cause the steel bar to produce an arc to eliminate some stress and facilitate the rear end straightening (usually the pressure wheels press the steel bar and then rotate the screw rod 2-4 times), and the rear pressure wheels press the steel bar in turn (the pressure wheels touch the steel bar and the hand cannot turn the screw rod and rotate it about 1 more time), and the rear end steel bar is kept in a straight line

Step 3: Steel bar straightening
The two sets of pressure wheels in the front of the straightening part need to be properly tightened to cause the steel bar to produce an arc to eliminate some stress and facilitate the rear end straightening (usually the pressure wheels press the steel bar and then rotate the screw rod 2-4 times), and the rear pressure wheels press the steel bar in turn (the pressure wheels touch the steel bar and the hand cannot turn the screw rod and rotate it about 1 time), and the rear end steel bar is kept in a straight line

Step 4: Fine-tune the steel bar
The best straightening effect is shown in Figure 1 (the steel bars are on the same horizontal line). 1. When the steel bar tilts upward (higher than the horizontal plane), the straightening part needs to be adjusted, loosen the No. 3 screw rod, and slightly tighten the No. 4 screw rod. 2. When the steel bar falls downward (lower than the horizontal plane), the straightening part needs to be adjusted, tighten the No. 3 screw rod, and slightly loosen the No. 4 screw rod. 3. When the steel bar leans forward (away from the panel), the pre-adjustment part needs to be adjusted, loosen the No. 1 screw rod, and slightly tighten the No. 2 screw rod. 4. When the steel bar leans back (close to the panel), the pre-adjustment part needs to be adjusted, tighten the No. 1 screw rod, and slightly tighten the No. 2 screw rod.
