After the machine is powered off, check whether the moving blade is damaged or chipped. If so, it needs to be replaced.

Run the machine and observe the action of the cutter to see if the shearing rocker arm is loose or makes abnormal noise. If the rocker arm is loose, it means that the shearing copper sleeve is worn and needs to be replaced.

If there is no looseness, observe whether there is a gap between the rocker arm and the static knife holder. If there is a gap, the shear knife holder needs to be replaced.

Observe whether the position of the limit travel switch of the shearing motor is appropriate. You can adjust the position of the limit travel switch to observe whether the shearing effect can be improved after the change of the cutter action. If it can be improved, it proves that the position of the limit travel switch is caused by movement. If the action remains unchanged, It proves that the limit travel switch is faulty and needs to be replaced.
