Equipment Technical Advantages

Equipment Configuration Introduction

The equipment consists of five pay-off racks, storage racks, host, welding racks, shearing racks, conveying and packing racks, and operating tables.
Traction power: the main power adopts 16KW servo motor, which has strong power and good stability; the wave-rib adjustment device adopts servo-driven, CNC automatic adjustment to ensure the accuracy of the equipment;

Pay-off frame mechanism: Five groups of pay-off frames with brakes make the rebar pay-off smoother; the mechanism is equipped with no material alarm device, which makes the operation more humane.

PLC: The control system adopts German Siemens PLC, which has fast response time and more stable operation;

Pneumatic components: Adopt the well-known brand of Taiwan Airtac to ensure the service life; Baili cylinder adopts Weihe pneumatic, good stability;
