The expressway of this project starts from the Xinzhou junction of Li Dong Expressway, and ends in front of Yanshan junction through Shangrao Guangxin District, Jingkai district, Yanshan County, Hengfeng County. Length of the line is 28.34KM and contained prefabricated beams 2808 pieces. It is scheduled to be completed in December 2025 opened to traffic.

 

 

The construction of the center is based on an idea of incorporating innovative materials, equipment, and technology, being intelligent, intensive, low-carbon and environmentally friendly. The factory will be equipped with the science and technology innovation center, intelligent concrete distribution center, intelligent steel processing and distribution center, intelligent prefabrication production center, and the community of LiDong and other boards. Besides, the prefabricated factory will be equipped with beam binding area, beam casting area, nourishment area, tensioning and pressurization area, horizontal transfer area and storage area. The completion of the intelligent centralized distribution centerrealizes the goals of industrialized production, standardized management and information integration.

The project focuses on building two factories, three districts and one center which means building an intelligent centralized distribution center a green and low-carbon general yard, a bridge construction standardization demonstration area, an ecological roadbed demonstration area, a safety and civilization demonstration area, and a science and technology innovation digital intelligence center.

 

 

 

The center will be equipped with three-machine linkage line, two-machine linkage line, automatic bending machine, steel bar band saw shear line, two-in-one hoop welding production line, AGV trolley automatic transportation fixture and other devices to complete whole process of intelligent production, and significantly reduce laborforce.

 

 

 

Three-machine linkage line

 

Loading a bending center, an inverter straight-cutting machine forms two-machine linkage.This line get wire directly transferred to the bending center storage platform after it is straightened, measured and cut off which eliminates the transfer process of steel and reduces 1 labor.

 

 

Two-in-one stirrup welding line 

 

For the batch welding and forming of stirrup in the standard section of the bottom of T-beam, three robots are used to load, weld and palletize, making the welded stirrup directly installed and reducing the number of tying points.

 

 

AVG trolley automatical transportation 

 

We link AGV trolley system and two-in-one welding line system. A signal feedback to the AGV trolley after welding line completes palletizing a pallet .Then the trolley automatically transfers the full pallet into the warehouse and transports the empty pallet to the weld palletizing area according to the instructions from the system. according to the situation, operator in binding area can use the table to call for the replenishment of the material, and at the same time the AGV trolley transports the pallat with welded stirrup to the binding area on the set route, then according to the instruction, transports back the empty pallet to the warehouse where the system automatically recognizes whether the pallet is full or empty and automatically returns pallet to the warehouse.

 

 

Intelligent centralized distribution center 

Higher degree of intensification of this center saves land resources and within the combination of highly efficient intelligent production line, information collection, visualized supervision and management other modes realizes the improvement of various efficiency indicators. Among them, the analysis of the utilization rate of temporary land shows that the efficiency of temporary land using has been improved by about 40%, the number of external molds has been reduced by 44%, the number of gantry cranes has been reduced by 50%, and the overall production efficiency has been improved by 70%. At the same time, large-scale production further reduces the cost and shortens the construction period.
