The steel bar intelligent production center built by Chengdu GUTE Machinery and China Communications Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. mainly uses intelligent equipment and intelligent transfer equipment for joint production, which greatly reduces manual links. The intelligent equipment is docked with the information management system independently developed by CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. to realize production management functions such as production task distribution-production data collection, analysis, statistics-production status monitoring, and move towards factory production, intelligent construction and standardized construction , product digitization, management informatization.

 

 

 

Basic conditions: The site area of the steel bar intelligent production center is 7500m², mainly for the production and processing of structural steel bars such as pile foundation steel cages, anchorage ground walls, main towers, auxiliary towers, etc. The processing center is about 45,000 tons of steel bars. Two spans, respectively for the processing of pile foundation reinforcement cage, anchorage ground connection wall and cable tower reinforcement.

 

 

Pile foundation reinforcement cage processing: use the long-line method of mold table processing method, fully automatic reinforcement sawing and threading production line + customized reinforcement cage winding machine + automatic welding robot, to complete the entire production process of reinforcement cage;

 

 

Processing of anchorage ground connection wall and pylon steel bars: 3 production lines are customized according to the requirements of unmanned processing (automatic feeding machine + sawing and threading production line, automatic loading machine + shearing production line + horizontal automatic bending center /vertical bending center), to realize automatic processing of raw materials, more humanized customization of components and programs in the production line, and one-key start-up of the production line.

 

 

Information access: In the early stage of system development, personnel from the counting center of the Second Harbor Bureau went to our factory to conduct a large number of on-site tests, and finally completed the successful connection of the entire system to the on-site equipment of the project, which is a key step in realizing intelligent manufacturing.
