Introduce:
This fully automatic CNC steel bar stirrup bending machine which is special for house building projects stirrups,this design has two models, one is SGW08A which is max.8mm and another model is SGW10A which is max.10mm coil bar.Compare normal CNC stirrup bending machine, these two models have following advanages:
- High Bending Speed: 1200-2400 pcs stirrups production per for hour, 1200 stirrups for single-wire(8 or 10mm),2400 stirrups for double-wire(6 or 8mm), compare nomral cnc stirrup bending machine, this model speed is 30% faster;
- Easy to Transport: Lightweight and compact body, more convenient and easy to transport and install, it only needs one Mini truck then can transport and even you can work on the Mini truck.
- Standard Parts: Each transmission system adopts standard reducer transmission, with stable structure and high transmission efficiency; the traction wheels are working by standard bearing which can be replaced by market bearing.
- No need Air and Hydraulic Pressure：The production system structure does not require air source and hydraulic pressure, it can be used immediately after plugging in, and the use cost is lower, convenient and fast, most of normal design needs the air and pressure.
- Economic: No need air and pressure system, No need V-belt, Standard industry parts like bearing as the traction wheels to save a lot of cost to make price is economic.
