May 28, 2025| The GSWK2B-16 CNC double head bending center fully automatic production line is a product independently developed by the company; the production line consists of 1 set of robot assembly (including 1 finished product silo), 1 (WK2B-16) CNC two-head bending center, 1 (GSL16) automatic feeding machine (including 1 feeding mechanism, 1 steel bar raw material bin mechanism, 1 electrical operation cabinet); the equipment is fully automated, using the CNC two-head bending center single machine fixed, robot grabbing and unloading; automatic steel bar separation, automatic feeding, automatic feeding, automatic alignment Cooperating with robot assembly grasping and automatic bending processing machinery, it realizes the function of fully automatic production line; it can process various commonly used graphics in building construction, and can process φ10/7, φ13/5, φ16/2 four-level threaded steel bars (HRB500) for a long time; the whole line is composed of independent equipment blocks, which can be operated and sold as a single machine, and is easy to disassemble and transport; the size of the complete set of equipment is (4.5 meters × 3 meters (+ robot 1.5 meters wide) × 1.5 meters); the products have been exported to many countries and regions, and are an important component of the unmanned construction of building construction processing plants.
