The Longchang-Huangtong Railway, starting from Longchang, Sichuan in the north, and reaching Huangtong, Guizhou, in the south, has a total length of 497.4 kilometers.

After the railway is fully completed, it will connect the Chengdu-Chongqing Railway and the Guikun-Kunming Railway, forming another important southbound channel for bulk cargo in the southwest region to go to sea. The Long-Huang Railway is not only a rich line in poor mountainous areas, but also the cheapest transportation channel for bulk cargoes in the southwest to go to sea. With the completion and opening of the Naxu section of the Long-Huangzhou Railway, the shortage of coal in Sichuan will be alleviated.

The total length of the project line is 138.6 kilometers, of which the new line is 109.4 kilometers (excluding the new Yangtze River Bridge project), and there are 11 stations. The line grade is a class I single-track railway, with reserved double-track conditions, a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour, and a planned construction period of 3.5 years; the project department of the Longxu section plans to set up 3 intelligent centralized processing plants, 2 have been built, and the total amount of steel bar processing is about 3.5 years. 90,000 tons, of which about 60,000 tons of bridge steel bars are processed.

In view of the high standard and great demand of pier column reinforcement cages in this project, 1 SGH22-12 CNC reinforcement cage rolling welding machine and 1 SGH22-25 CNC reinforcement cage rolling welding machine were customized. In addition, in order to reduce labor and cost, an automatic welding machine was selected. The robot realizes automatic welding processing, which not only meets the special requirements of high standard and large demand for steel cages, but also improves the efficiency and ensures that the construction progress is completed on schedule;

In view of the need for threaded connection of steel cages in this project, one SJT50 CNC sawing and threading production line was selected. Automatic cutting, threading and grinding were completed in one operation, requiring only one person to operate. 1 set of wire-laying production line supplies 2 sets of rolling cage welding, which not only ensures the output of the main bar, but also greatly improves the efficiency and reduces labor;

For the stirrup processing of the bridge and railway project, two SGW12D-1 automatic CNC steel bar hoop bending machines from Gute are recommended for centralized processing, and robot picking is optional, which is both intelligent and efficient;
